Day 1 - Welcome & Couscous
- Morning / Afternoon Arrival of participants at the accommodation, personalized welcome and installation.
- Lunch A welcome couscous meal at the ecolodge, made with vegetables grown right on the ecolodge grounds and meat sourced from the region.
- Afternoon Take some free time to relax and explore the area, or enjoy the on-site activities. The choice is yours!
- Evening Gourmet foie gras dinner at the ecolodge for a foretaste of the next day's experience at Domaine dâAghbalou.
- After dinner Enjoy a silent 50-minute night walk for serene digestion and complete relaxation, followed by a campfire under the Atlas stars before returning to sleep.
Day 2 - Flavors of Foie Gras
- Morning Organic Berber breakfast at the hotel, prepared with local and natural products grown directly on the property, and preparation for departure to Domaine d'Aghbalou.
- Morning / Afternoon Upon arrival at the Domaine d'Aghbalou, youâll have access to our panoramic terrace to admire the regionâs vast landscapes. Discover the history and craftsmanship behind our artisanal foie gras production during an exclusive presentation, while comfortably seated with a view. Youâll then head to our culinary workshop, led by gastronomy experts, to learn how to prepare duck to perfection. A hearty country-style lunch on the terrace will round out this experience, where youâll sample the farmâs products and the dishes prepared during the workshop.
- Afternoon Return to the hotel.
Take some free time to relax and explore the area, or enjoy the on-site activities. The choice is yours! - Evening Gastronomic dinner at the hotel featuring duck from Domaine D'Aghbalou to conclude this gourmet day.
Day 3 - Picnic at Lake Allal El Fassi and end of stay
- Morning Last gentle wake-up call with a full breakfast prepared with local, natural products grown directly on the property. Preparation for departure to Lake Allal El Fassi.
- Morning / Afternoon Enjoy an excursion to Lake Allal El Fassi, followed by a chic picnic on the water's edge featuring artisanal duck charcuterie from the Domaine dâAghbalou. The experience includes a boat trip on the peaceful waters and the opportunity to swim.
- Afternoon End of the stay and return to your departure point.

Cancellation Policy
We believe that peace of mind is the key to a successful stay. Because we welcome our guests in small groupsâevery spot is precious and prepared with special care. To ensure the exclusivity of this experience, here are our cancellation policies:
- More than 30 days before your arrival: We will refund you in full. Your spot will be released and can be offered to another food lover.
- Between 15 and 30 days before your arrival: We are offering a 50% refund to compensate for the preparation work already undertaken by our teams.
- Less than 15 days before your arrival: No refunds will be issued. At this point, your stay has been fully prepared for your arrival, from fresh farm-to-table ingredients to transportation logistics.
